their category per issue, but spaces are sold on a first come, first
served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved without full payment
of the total cost. If preferred, a photograph of the business owner
can be used in the advertorial; Creative Images Media Group will
arrange to photograph the owner (additional fees apply) or a picture
can be supplied by the advertiser. |

| Orders must be placed 3 weeks
prior to the distribution date. Three days must be allowed for delivery.
A proof of the flyer/brochure will be submitted to the advertiser for
approval prior to printing. The area of distribution must be supplied by
the advertiser, and a detailed list of confirmation will be supplied to
the advertiser immediately after distribution. In the event that
any one of our included services is not required (i.e. you already have
a design that you would like to use), a 10% discount will be applied to
your order. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due upon placement
of the order and the balance is payable upon delivery of the order.
Any other services or quantities not listed in our Rate Card can be
negotiated. LARGER ORDERS MAY REQUIRE MORE NOTICE AND LONGER DELIVERY
TIME. Listed prices are based on white stock and include full
colour. Coloured stock is available for an additional fee of $75.00. At
this time, and until further notice, prices quoted are NOT subject to
G.S.T. |
